WEATHERFORD

I started working in August 2016 for Opaa Food Management \ Weatherford School District. Opaa Food Management Company contracted with the Weatherford School DIstrict in an effort “Make Their Day."  When children eat in their cafeteria,  Opaa would like their experience to be the best.  This will be obtained thru the kitchen staff and most importantly the quality, presentation and nutritional value of the food that is prepared. 

I gained much experience by being the Director of the YMCA Child Development Center for 16 years.  The experiences that I learned lead me to my current position as the Director of Nutrition Services.  I want the best for children.  I want each child to be able to eat a health, nutritious meal and snack everyday.  The Opaa recipes are incredible!  It is my hope that each child will experience the best in the cafeteria’s this year!
